Getting support for 1C:Enterprise 8 products

  • If you are using 1C:Enterprise 8-based software in your business outside of Russia, CIS and Baltic States, you can find support information here.
  • If you are considering the possibility of becoming 1C partner in your country (other than Russia, CIS and Baltic States), you may find this information useful.
  • If you are a partner of 1C Company acting outside of Russia, CIS and Baltic States, please proceed here to get information on receiving support from 1C (login information required).
  • If you are using 1C:Enterprise 8-based software or a partner of 1C Company acting within Russia, CIS or Baltic States, please proceed here (in Russian only).

For International 1C:Enterprise 8 Users

1C Company provides technical and methodical support for applications released by 1C Company itself.

If your product was released by some of 1C partners, to get support please address your local vendor company.

In case you cannot find a partner in your country, please perform the following steps:

  1. Start your 1C:Enterprise 8 software.
  2. In the main menu bar, click 'Help', then - 'About' menu item.*
  3. In the opened window - find configuration developer name (it should be other than '1C Company'), also the configuration name & version (under 'Configuration:' subtitle)
  4. Send your support request, including the information from the previous step to v8@1c.ru. Please, send your request in English.

*Note: if your use 1C:Enterprise 8 software in your local language, menu items may appear in the language, not in English, as specified here.

It will take 2 or 3 days to process your request.

 


Support Information for 1C Solutions Partners

1C Company provides technical and methodical support to its international partners in terms of co-operation agreement.

The standard support package includes:

  • A free 1C:Enterprise 8 kit (with Not-For-Resale (NFR) license), including 1C:Enterprise 8 framework, a 10-users license, 1C:Enterprise 8 Server license, a set of three standard applied solutions (Trade Management, Payroll&HR Management, Enterprise Accounting), the latest Information and Technological Support (ITS) DVD and accompanying documentation.

  • Hotline for technical and methodical support for 1C:Enterprise 8 framework: by email (in English or Russian) and by telephone (in Russian).

  • Access to the partner support area (http://v8.1c.ru/eng/partners/, in English), including useful articles, downloads of the latest 1C:Enterprise releases, ITS updates, advertising and support information, etc. This area is also used by 1C partners to enter information on the implementation projects they have done; after reviewing by the web-site administrator, this information becomes publicly available at the site.

  • Access to the Russian partner area at 1C web-site (http://partners.v8.1c.ru/index.jsp), including technical, methodical information and web-conference of developers (partners' and 1C developers alike) and more.

  • Access to Russia user support area, including the latest 1C:Enterprise 8 software updates, technical information for system administrators, etc.

Any 1C Solution Partner may have additional support options, depending on co-operation terms described in a particular co-operation agreement. For more information on co-operation with 1C Company, proceed to the Partnership page.
