What is the idea?
It's the following.
1C Company provides 1C:Enterprise 8 platform for initial acquaintance and development of applied solutions.
1C can also provide its four standard applied solutions to be used as basis for adaptation or development of new solutions.
Partners are free to decide on what kind of applied solution(s) they want to develop. Development with 1C:Enterprise 8 is very cost-efficient and time-saving (in comparison to development with lower level programming languages). For example, it takes only 6 person-months to create a commercial accounting application.
1C supports development process, providing existing methodical materials, consulting and training for free.
Partners keep all copyrights to the solutions they have developed or customized.
1C supplies technological kit of 1C:Enterprise 8 platform for its partners to compose it with the applied solution developed, to build a distributive kit for end-users. Technological kit no extra charges for partners!
1C also supplies Supplemental Licenses for using the software in multi-user environment.
Partners decide on their marketing, pricing and distribution policy. They are capable of offering prices 30%-50% lower than competitors', providing more product features and keeping up to 100% and more profitability (depends on a particular local IT market situation).
Distribution and integration partners receive from 50% to 60% discounts.
1C supports partners' marketing activity, providing compensation up to 100% of costs on software advertising.
Partners keep from 90% to 100% of business application(s) sales income.
Partners render relevant implementation, training and other services to end-users, keeping 100% of income from the activity.

We at 1C cannot interact with local mass-media publishers, but we are ready to compensate costs our partners incur for advertising our products.
Partners are key centers of distribution and implementation
Customers treat 1C partners as product developers. If they have a problem with new software, they need help, so they contact our partners to get a quick solution or advice.
When 1C produces software updates (such as bug fixes, new versions, etc.), it sends them to partners.
Partners provide targeted services
Dealing with hundreds of partners we can keep focus on further development of our software, new directions and forms of co-operation, providing required quality and price level. It's physically impossible to do when working with hundred thousands of customers directly.
Partners can understand local customers' demands better and provide them with necessary support, implementation and training services.
